Amazing Staff and Management, have been very helpful throughout the pandemic! affordable and VERY CONVEINTANLY placed location can get on any major highway from the complex.

New Orleans Court
This is a good location because you're 8 minutes away from Mall Of America, 10 minutes away from the airport, 5 minutes away from Wal-Mart and 3 minutes away from Sam's Club. You also have a balcony, Common area with a Gas grill, a pool, Off street parking, laundry room and extra storage space. This Property would be perfect if they didn't go up on the rent EVERY SINGLE YEAR. I have been here 5 years now and the rent went up every single year. I know you're wondering why I'm still here if they... keep going up on the rent? Because it's a quiet place that's close to Everything I need. Ok I put it all out on the table for you. hopefully THIS WILL HELP YOU WITH YOUR DECISION
