Join our unique community on beautiful Cross Lake. Each unit is a fully furnished vacation rental, but surprisingly affordable when rented month to month or year to year. Divided guest suites (B units) in each of our 6 homes make all inclusive lake life an attainable reality. All units have private entrances, bath, cooking facilities, a form of a/c & in unit laundry. Pay one all inclusive monthly price for wifi, utilities, grounds keeping, housekeeping, furnishings & HOA lake side amenities. Our small HOA shares 450 ft of shoreline (an entire city block) & 3 acres of rolling hills. June-Sept is our high season. Oct-May is low season. Year leases pay an average of both. Shorter than 3 month stays have a $300 one time fee. Prices quoted are for up to 2 people due to utilities being included. An onsite caretaker provides housekeeping & tenant support. We are on the quiet southern tip of Cross Lake yet a half mile walk will bring you do a dozen restaurants, shops, & city parks. Walmart & Aldi are a mile away for supplies and groceries. Cross Lake & Pokegama Lake, connected by the Snake River, form a chain offering over 3,000 acres of navigable water. Interstate 35 will bring you to Duluth or the Twin Cities in a hour. Day trip to a dozen State Parks and Forests. Visit the many wineries, cideries, and breweries in the area. Pine City has so much to discover! For resident safety this property features 3 exterior security cameras on the perimeter near Units 1 and 4, facing the garbage dumpsters, parking lot, and lakefront/dock area. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record sound and video when activated by motion.
