Amenities and appliances are nice and modern. Building manager is responsive to concerns. Location allows for quick access to the highway and there’s a gas station just across the street as well as a nice Mexican restaurant.

Dog pee and poop in the hallways and elevators more than not. Lobby and hallways always dirty. Mold in just about every unit that they aren't doing anything about. Elevator doesn't work most of the time.

Molding in less than a year of being open that they aren’t fixing. Water pours into the first floor (some parts not all) and garage through the walls whenever it rains light or heavy. You’re lucky if you catch the elevator when it’s working. Just lots wrong with it.

So many problems, rushed to open building. Units have humidity problems causing black mold, common areas have walls peeling off and water damage in the lounge causing it to be closed during week days, halls are rarely vacuumed, dog poop everywhere!!! Animals peeing in elevator, for only being open 6 months the place is a nightmare just to name a few of the problems so far!!
