Paying over $1200 for an apartment building where nothing works
Don’t expect anything to work while living here. Literally as soon as I moved in there’s always something not working for the whole building whether it be the water shutting off, electricity going out or hot water not working. We had flooding from a washing machine on the third floor that took 3-4 days for someone to do something which all they did was put an out of order sign on the laundry room door. This left the entire building with ONE washing/drying machine to use. Not to mention the... construction outside the building for who knows what covered everyone’s balcony’s in a thick dust and wood debris for us to clean out

I Just recently moved here I already love it. The complex feels very homey. The manager is great.
