Never in my life have I been treated as poorly by a property management company as I have by this one. There was an active roach infestation known to management to have spread to all three floors and they waited months before fumigating the entire building and letting residents know about this issue. By that time, roaches could be seen in the halls in broad daylight. Management still made us give them a full month of notice even though the apartment was no longer livable. Once we left, they sent... us a $700 bill to be paid on top of the deposit they kept. Even as residents for over three years, they were charging us for things any reasonable human being would consider normal wear and tear. And every step of the way, management was condescending and rude. We approached them in search of basic human kindness while in a desperate situation, but were received in a way that suggested we didn’t deserve to be treated with any form of dignity or respect. We've lived in Summit Ridge for a year now. We were the first tenants to move into our building. The appliances are all GE stainless steal and look/work great. We haven't had any maintenance complaints yet. The only problems we have had are the walls are very thin and the screaming child next door is very loud. It's not in the best neighborhood in Moorhead so the people here are loud and don't seem to respect the property as much as we would expect from decent people.
