Horrible company!
This company will take all your deposit even if you give them the apartment back the way they gave it to you. The management is so unqualified and rude. I heard a lot of people had the same issue with this company. They didn’t give us our referral too by making up some rules. I definitely DO NOT recommend any Campbell property.

Thank you for reaching out to us today with your concerns from your January 2019 move out. Unfortunately, we did have to charge for the items that were listed on your signed move out form as being dirty and damaged.
The signed referral does also... state your unit cannot be on notice as well. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
As stated earlier today, we can mail or email you another copy of the move out form, damage photos, and the referral form that was signed by the leaseholder, please let our corporate office know which is your preference, during normal business hours and we will be able to assist you further.

How can you stand the management
There rude jerks lazy and plain talk down to you. They dont even try at all never fix anything.

Why I love our apartment.
We chose our apartment because of the location and quality. It is perfect for our little family. We are close to parks, shopping, clinics and our jobs. Our management is great any questions we have they answer and in a timely manner as well. I would recommend anyone to live where we do!
