Maintenance is always awesome Doug does good work. Didnt expect to answer the door and have the mansger AND her boss walk in resulting i 3 people here but it was taken care of.

Terrible!!

We consistently get crane flies and gnats and don’t have a clue where they come from. They were dead on the window seal in the guest bedroom when we moved in, but we thought it was because the apartment wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. We don’t open our windows so we have no clue how they’re getting in. We told maintenance and all they did was spray some repellent that didn’t work. When it rains we hear water in the vents… like it’s leaking somewhere. The master bathroom retains moisture so it always... feels muggy when you walk in. Another thing to mention is that the walls are super thin. I can hear conversations that my neighbors are having very easily which makes us nervous to talk. Guest parking is an issue as there aren’t enough spaces. We aren’t renewing our lease.. plus, you can find better elsewhere. They don’t even have a pool. This apartment was supposed to be income-based apartments but then they want fully market rate.
