I recently moved to the area to be closer to work and love it! There are so many walking trails around the complex here and the new staff is really great! They have a monthly waffle breakfast bar which is my new fav! I cant Wait to enjoy summer time here and the pool :)

Don't rent here! They will tell you anything to get you to move here. Before I signed the lease, I was concerned about the lack of guest parking and it was a major deal breaker for me. They had reassured me they had ample guest parking and we could park at the business across the street. Being in mind there is no street parking or anywhere else that guests can park, besides a couple of spots that are always full by the lobby. I was told months after that the we weren't allowed to park at the... business and cars would be towed, so NO GUEST PARKING... So not only friends and family can't visit but when the underground garage doors are constantly not working, where are residents supposed to park??!

Other issues with this apartment: lack of response and communication by the managing staff, thin walls and floors so get ready to hear your neighbors above and below you ( I was also promised that the apartments were well insulated, hilarious), cheap appliances and poor quality finish. Nice amenities, great location. The interactions I have had with the property management team have been good—very professional, clear expectations.

As a resident, management is impossible to get a hold of. If you put in a maintenance request (which you’ll have to do a lot because everything is always breaking), don’t expect a response, they’ll just let themselves in whenever. Maintenance even came in once when I showering. I had no idea they were coming. They knocked and when I didn’t answer, let themselves in instead of doing the sensible thing of coming back another time or calling me and I had to tell them to leave from the shower. Very... violating experience as a woman who lives alone. My thermostat is still broken but I’m not putting in a maintenance request after that. Horrible community experience with dogs barking constantly, packages being stolen, no community events, etc. Don’t be fooled by the new pretty building and the nice leasing agent, this place is not a hospitable place.
