I don’t know why this place got good reviews. I moved in last week and my experience so far is TERRIBLE!!!!! The day I moved in I found out that the AC in my bedroom is not working. And the next day the AC in my living room also stop working. It is 95F outside and my room is facing west so it become super hot during the day. I called the “24hr emergency maintenance “ and I was told that it is not emergency, the maintenance won’t come until maybe 3-4 days later. I have no choice but to live in... hotel instead. It’s July 4th weekend and it cost me $150 per day for it. The maintenance can’t be worse. The rooms are also very dirty and have some stinky smell, stains everywhere, looks like not cleaned at all before I move in.

Property Manager at Thornton Place Apartments responded to this review
As the manager of Thornton Place beginning in September of 2021, I would like to apologize for the initial experience you had moving here.
At the very least, this was very bad timing. Unfortunately, at the time of your post, we had just lost all of... our on-site staff. This rarely happens, but as I am sure many can relate, it was a moment when we were not able to be at our best as we struggled to staff the site.
I am happy to report that the building is staffed full time again and please know that this is not a typical move-in experience here at Thornton Place. We pride ourselves on great customer service and having clean and welcoming homes. I hope your experience has improved since you moved in and extend an offer to you to please let us know how things are going now for you as a resident of Thornton Place Apartments.
We welcome your feedback and are always seeking out ways to improve upon our service and facilities.
