DONT BOTHER

Management - TRASH, never there in the office and NEVER respond!
Area - NOT SAFE. I have been followed home and harassed by men every time i leave my house. Multiple breaks ins in the office. Homeless people sleep in the laundry room / storage room.
Building TERRIBLE condition, smells disgusting 24/7, trash all over the place and bodily fluids. Management never cleans

nice but overpriced

The building is pretty nice- it's basic, no-frills, low maintenance. It is not soundproof and there are sirens going off outside at random times, sometimes waking me up at 3 AM. THey are as loud as if you were on the street. If you have a noisy neighbor, that can be a problem. Also, when I've requested my window to be fixed, the result was duct tape holding it into the frame, and when I asked mold to be cleaned off, they just painted over it. Otherwise it's clean, convenient and comfortable.... But it is definitely not worth what the current company is charging. Don't expect any extra amenities, there are none. But they charge as though it's a luxury building.
