I have lived at The Abbey since its opening in 2022. The apartments, leasing staff, and the view of the city are unmatched. The close proximity to Loring Park is a huge perk! It's flooded with a variety of birds and friendly people from the community.
You're within 15-20 minutes of the Warehouse District as well so you can enjoy all that downtown Minneapolis has to offer from Twins games, concerts at First Ave., or whatever strikes your fancy!
I'd give The Abbey 10 stars if I could!

Simply the Best!
I absolutely LOVE living here. The Abbey is amazing and the the beautiful and historic mansion coupled with fabulous apartments (very well appointed) make this THE. BEST. place to live. Close to so many great Minneapolis places and events. Nolan is so kind and professional and keeps us posted with everything we need to know. The amenities we have in the mansion and throughout are top notch! Love it here!!

Don't live here.
Moved into this property recently and while the staff has been great and the building looks nice, the walls separating the apartments are way to thin. I have been kept awake and woken up on multiple occasions in my short time living here by noise i can hear from other adjoining apartments. This has been highly disappointing as i expected better building quality.

Would not recommend.
1) The walls are thin, and I can hear my neighbors all day. Management is reluctant to resolve this issue.
2) The garage is disorganized
3) The units are unfinished

Horrible apartments. Live anywhere else.
Horrible apartment building. Do not live here. Walls are paper thin. Unstable neighbor threatened to kill me for a noise issue. Had a drunk apartment mate walk into my apartment at 1am on a Thurday scaring the crap out of my girlfriend and I. They're letting just about anyone live here. Horrible apartment building, regret the day that I signed at this god forsaken place. DO NOT live here, you will regret it. The apartment is also filled with the most unfriendly people you will ever meet in your... life.
Do yourself a favor and literally live anywhere else. I'm in the process of terminating my lease.
