Even though Mr. Jewell owns several apartment buildings, he always treats his renters as if they are his only tennants. Any issues are dealt with very promptly and emergencies are taken care of immediately. I attribute the very low turn over rate to these qualities. He is truly the best landlord I've ever had in all my 30+ years of renting. Oh, and when I (begrudgingly) had to move after being there for over 5 years, I not only got my deposit back without having to fight for it, but he also did... his legal duty and put that deposit in an interest bearing account, so I got *more* than my original deposit back. I hope to be able to rent from him again in the near future!
