At first I was extremely excited to move in! The apartments were beautiful and new. I had let them know the date I was looking to move in but they didn’t notify me that the process was going to take longer. They provided misleading information during the process and once I was approved and about to sign they decided to more than double the deposit that was originally agreed upon. I was willing to work with them on the additional money for the deposit but they then informed me they would not be... giving me the rent special anymore. All of this occurred after I paid the application fee and after they told me I was accepted. Overall they were very unprofessional to work with and I would not recommend anyone to work with them.
