The space is beautiful with indoor garage parking, great amenities, and friendly staff. The true MVPs are Rob and William for making my move-in as smooth as possible, especially since I moved from the east coast. These guys patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I had my exact needs met.
Eleanor is incredibly efficient and always resolve issues in a timely manner. The cleaning couple I say hello to each morning are some of the kindest souls and do an amazing job keeping everything... pristine.
I truly appreciate having 24/7 staff available. It adds an extra level of convenience and makes the experience feel genuinely luxurious.

Great Place to live
The office staff and maintenance are phenomenal! They are always ready and friendly to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The amenities are well kept and easy to enjoy. The cleaning crew is efficient at keeping the common areas clean and presentable. And the overnight security is excellent and a great comfort to have. 10/10 would recommend this place to my friends.

Outstanding Community
Eleanor and Felix are the best maintenance team in Minneapolis!! The response time is usually day of the request and someone is always on site for emergencies.
The monthly community events are creative and unique each month plus the catering is super tasty.
Rob, Tom, and Will have established a safe, and inclusive community here at the marquee. It is the ideal neighborhood or gayborhood to live in downtown!

Building security is awesome!
The over night security guard, Doc, is great! He is always available to answer questions and does a great job of making us feel safe at home

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
Management is incredibly greedy and raises prices out of the blue, the surrounding area is not as nice as they say it is, and there is constant sirens and noises. There was ANOTHER shooting that happened directly in front of the apartment and the complex barely said a thing. They charge for things that no one ever uses, and considering my situation, they lacked complete empathy when trying to break our lease. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!
