I am not satisfied due to ongoing issues with my room. In addition to the room problems, the second floor often has a very unpleasant odor. The trash room smells especially bad, and the odor frequently spreads into the hallway. Some staff members are kind.

Hi, Thank you for reporting these issues, your continued reporting is immensely important in understanding how we can improve our community. We will ensure that the air fresheners are replaced across the hallways to combat the odor issue. Trash... ordinance signs are in every trash room across all 6 floors and trash etiquette is frequently emailed to residents as reminders. Our office expects compliance regarding trash and the rules established within lease agreements. Our maintenance team clears our trash chute on a daily basis, and our property is on route for waste & recycling pick-up from the city of Minneapolis. Disciplinary action for improper waste disposal is a consequence we've made residents aware of on multiple occasions and hopefully that action will prevent the odor from becoming out of control. Lastly, regarding your room issues, you've personally had many meetings with our maintenance supervisor regarding your room. Solutions have been offered to you on multiple occasions, and you've expressed these concerns with management about these problems. If you have requests that you'd like to express or solutions you can pose to alleviate the issues you've had with your room, please feel free to contact our office so that we may assist you. It was quite the experience, and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay here.

Very nice build close to campus
I recently looked at a few of the apartments in this building. This building has a great vibe and is very clean. The only downside is no pool.
