If I could rate them 6 stars I would. I was skeptical applying here because of the other reviews. They have an overnight officer now that is a great piece of mind. I rarely hear neighbors and outside noise, I would say it's a decently quiet community. They have a maintainance guarantee and have to address issues within 72 hours...what????? I've never had an apartment complex that cared like that. The office staff was so great during my entire application. They were available to answer any... questions and concerns I had. My move in day was so smooth compared to my last place. They had a nice gift waiting for me filled with apartment essentials, they walked me to my apartment, they went through my move in folder to answer my questions. They really took the care and time to make sure I was satisfied with everything.Their front desk is always there to answer questions, and they have the cutest treat jar always filled for the dogs in the building. They even have a cleaning staff that I see almost every day cleaning the game room and lounge room etc. Ugh I just highly recommend!!

Great Community
I am a current resident, and the staff is incredible. Lupa, Stevie, Katie, and Nick make living here great. The other residents are diverse and make living here great also. I can't say enough how I love and appreciate living here!
