I have lived here almost 2 years now and only have good things to say about living here! The buildings are older, but they are well-cared for and feel cozy. Management has always been very understanding and willing to work with the tenants for their needs. Any maintenance requests I have put in have been attended to in a timely manner. Keep up the great work, team!

Great place to live
I've been living at East River Terrace for a couple of years now and I love it! The location is ideal as it's next to the Mississippi River and not far from great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. There's a great sense of community and comfort. The property managers are really nice and helpful. Maintenance is responsive and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Jake for helping with my repair. He was very friendly and respectful. Highly recommend living here!

Great 3-floor townhouse right on the river in Prospect Park, MN
We just love, love, LOVE our new rental townhouse. We were looking for a bigger place, and boy did we get it! 3 floors & 2 bedrooms and 2x the sqft of our last place! (wow) The basement isn't finished, but its clean and has a dry concrete floor. Its the perfect play area for kids and adults. (we are putting a music studio in!) There is also a washer & dryer in the basement which is such a convenience.
The townhouse is right off of East River Road which gives us spectacular views of the... Mississippi National River and Recreation Area: In the middle of a bustling urban setting, this 72-mile river-park offers quiet stretches for fishing, boating and canoeing. Other spots are excellent for birdwatching, bicycling and hiking.
50 restaurants in the area, including the Seward Co-op, which is just a mile and a half away.
Apartment is very close to The Shriners Hospital for Kids; University of Minnesota, Minneapolis; and The Ronald McDonald house.
Garage space is available, and the nearest bus lines are very close.
