Kost mgmt is a corrupt group who only cares about collecting their money. They gave us a unit with plumbing issues to the point pipes randomly break when being used and they will try to blame you for the damage. They decided to upcharge on parking right when it began to snow to dig into everyone’s pockets even more. There are moisture and heating related issues in all their units and they will try to get the tenants to pay for the repairs despite selling a faulty complex. Avoid these people at... all costs unless you have a good lawyer.
