Frequent showings made daily life difficult
Current tenant, moving out in about two months. Within just two days, management entered my unit three separate times for tours (around four groups total). While notice was given, the frequency made it very hard to plan basic things like cooking or showering and felt disruptive while still living here. Energy bills have also been extremely high with no real resolution, and a major leak issue took 5 months to fix. Just something to be aware of if you're considering living here, especially near... the end of your lease.

Amazing new management
Love living here! Been here for over 2 years now, and I picked Bowler Lofts b/c it reminded me of an apartment I had in Brooklyn. The new management is awesome - super friendly and handle maintenance requests quickly. I was a little nervous living in Downtown as a single woman, but I've never had any issues. Parking is super easy too. Honestly, wouldn't change a thing!

This place rocks!
I've lived here for a few months and it's been great! The location is super convenient - close to everything but far enough from Downtown to feel chill. The private dog run and dog wash are such a win if you've got a pup. And huge windows/natural light are a game changer.
