Management doesn’t care about residents’ living experience
The management at Bierman Place don’t care about the quality of living that their residents experience. My unit has been torn apart due to water damage for the past 18 days even though I was told 2 weeks ago by a repairman that our walls were dry and the next step was to put everything back together. This is 18 days that I’ve been paying just as much as my neighbors down the hall even though my bathroom and pantry are torn apart. My roommates and I have to keep everything that was in our kitchen... pantry in boxes. Our living room is full of everything from our bathroom and is unable to be used as well as our bathroom. When I discussed this with management they had no concern for the quality of our living environment and refused to give us a discount on rent. Additionally they avoid keeping us updated on the repairs and tell us to expect repair crews entering our units between the hours of 8am-9pm. Do yourself a favor and sign to live somewhere else where the management will care about the quality of your living space.

Amazing Staff!
The staff working at this apartment are the best and most welcoming that I have ever worked with. They make living there that much more enjoyable when the apartment is already a place where you can afford your own room. Also, being at such a great location, I highly recommend anyone to stop by and take a tour!

Certainly worth the price!
While it's not on par in terms of amenities and quality of other new high-rises in the area, the rent at Bierman Place is hard to beat. The location is great; close to classes and nightlife! And for the cost to share a room in a newer complex, you can have your own private room in Bierman Place. Bierman Place is the perfect choice if you're looking for a low-cost apartment right on campus.
