As a student at UMN, I've enjoyed living in a quieter neighborhood off campus but still within walking distance to class. Being near the Stone Arch Bridge and Northeast night-life makes the location excellent! The landlord is great and attentive to any issues. He owns several properties in the area and is equally concerned about all of his tenants' experiences. I'd recommend this building to anyone looking for excellent housing at an affordable price!
