Heat and water/trash are included in rent. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Please note that the building is wired for USI fiber internet and this will be your only wired internet option. We do not allow installations by Xfinity or CenturyLink/Quantum (they drill holes in the building). This will be written into your lease and we will enforce it. If this is a dealbreaker, please do not apply.

We, the landlords, live upstairs with our two cats. We handle all maintenance issues promptly. (We do not, however, do a great job of keeping up with yard work, so the yard will usually look pretty hairy. Sorry, we are who we are.) We are looking for respectful tenants to share our building with.

RENTAL CRITERIA
We require a background and credit check, and we will check rental references. We screen for criminal convictions and evictions according to City of Minneapolis guidelines. We also do not accept applicants with any open accounts/lines of credit in bad standing on their credit reports.

Before-tax income must be 3x rent.

Security deposit is $1650. We require that rent be paid electronically through apartments-dot-com.

An application fee of $30 per adult will be required to cover the credit and background check.
