The units come fully furnished with solid wood furniture, a full kitchen, full bath, SmartTV, WIFI, AC, updated appliances, new linens,... new towels, fresh paint, and has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It is close to University of Minnesota, major hospitals and downtown Minneapolis. A bus stop for route 9A is right on the corner and there's storage space for a bike in the sunroom next to the kitchen, as well as in the basement which also includes a shared laundry room (coin-operated). An American restaurant called "Darling" is a minute walk away and serves excellent food.

One unit can comfortably accommodate 2 people. Renter is given option to pay per monthly use of utilities for long-term (3-12 months) or monthly flat fee of $200 for short-term (3 months).

Last month's rent and security deposit is due at signing.
