Looking for a modern, fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment in Minneapolis? This is it. It is quiet,clean, excellent staff. Excellent view of Mississippi,off street parking. So glad we found this place to reside while receiving care at U of M. They did a great job of meeting our needs during a stressful time.

Truly the best apartment building in MPLS
I have lived in this building since 2 months after it opened, and I struggle to find anything to complain about. I’ll try to keep this brief.
The staff are all friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. If you like to chat and get to know them, they’ll know your name within weeks. If you don’t want to, that’s fine - they’ll still be so kind every time you interact with them.
And the amenities ... first of all, free champagne Monday-Friday at 5pm? Is this a hotel? The champagne hour sometimes attracts... a lively group but even if you choose to have a glass and be antisocial, no prob.
There’s a coffee machine. There is complimentary breakfast snacks (not sure what time, I’m usually at work before or after it would be put out). The gym has pretty much everything I need, personally, and is always kept clean and taken care of. In fact, everything from the common areas to maintenance in the apartment is taken care of efficiently and well.
There’s a movie room. There are two business centers (I don’t own a laptop or printer so this has come in handy!). The rooftop is beautiful, perfect for a party or bbq. I’ve had a small party on the roof at the same time as multiple other groups, and it’s never been a problem.
The trash chute rooms smell like SKITTLES. Constantly.
I really can’t say enough. Emma at the front desk is ESPECIALLY charming and kind, as well as Dee (a member of the cleaning staff) and Will in leasing - they’re all great.
