I am a current freshman at Carlson and purchased a house in Dinkytown to live in for the next few years. I am looking for a few more fellow students to move in this fall. It is a big house with 9 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 washers, 2 dryers... , and tons of free parking. Every room has its own heater and air conditioner. The Dinkytown connector stops right across the street and it is a short walk to Frank & Andrea's, Kollege Klub, etc. I am asking $600 per bedroom and tenants will divide and pay utilities. The lease would run from August 29, 2026 to August 27, 2027. $600 security deposit due upon signing the lease. There are six of us so far, 2 girls, 4 guys. We are very laid back and enjoy Gopher Sports and the outdoors.
