My boyfriend and I have lived At Silver Ridge for about 7 months now. The apartment itself is decent, nothing to write home about. The halls are dingy,dated, and dark. The pictures you see online are outdated and do not accurately represent the apartment complex. The staff is friendly, so that's a big plus. Every time we've had a maintenance issue they've been quick to fix things. It's nice to have a pool and fitness center, although the fitness center is about the size of a bedroom. There's... only 1 treadmill so you'll have to exercise at odd hours. A huge problem we have had is the parking. Numerous times we've had to park on the street, because the entire lot was filled (ANNOYING). We rented an apartment in a NON-SMOKING building, we smell smoke constantly and have seen people smoke in the building. We have complained four times, nothing is different. But the biggest problem is NONE of your utilities are paid for. You pay trash, water, heat, electric, sewer, EVERYTHING. This is very uncommon amongst apartment complexes. This place is so well kept and the staff is so nice! It's a great place to have my two dogs and it's such a pet friendly place!
