I lived here for over two years with no issues. My one bedroom apartment was the perfect size for me and I loved the amenities. It's almost impossible to find another apartment with a private attached garage, washer/dryer hookup, etc. in the metro area at this price point. The neighbors were quiet and easy to get along with, and the surrounding area is gorgeous. Plenty of walking paths around Beaver Lake. Angie, the property manager, was phenomenal. She always communicated important information... and responded to messages in a timely fashion. I'd recommend this apartment complex to anyone who wants the experience of townhome living without the expense.

Nice quiet place to live
We have lived here for several months now. We LOVE our apartment. Our only complaint is the parking. There is not designated parking other than garage space so if you have visitors they usually have a hard time to find a parking space. The property manager is very nice and so are the maintenance people.
