There is no longer a golf simulator here- if one of the reasons you plan on living here is for the golf sim, don't bother. They are now removing it. One of the main reasons my wife and I chose this apartment over other ones similarly priced was because of the golf sim and now after living here for less than 6 months they are taking it away. Along with many other inconveniences we have run into after we moved in (removal of guest parking) we really wish we would have picked somewhere else to live... . The pool is constantly over run with kids, obviously not the buildings fault but it is another thing that takes away from the amenities. Jenny and the staff are incredibly kind but it sucks that things keep changing and that us a residence can't do anything about it. 250 units 100 parking spaces. No place to park your car and if anyone visits and finds a spot they get towed immediately. Shut down amenities for prolonged periods of time with little explanation for why. Brand new building, premium rent pricepoint, but poorly designed for the renters basic needs. I mean no parking, come on. Not a good combo

This place lacks on parking and full of empty promises. There’s underground parking and ridiculous rent but want the residents and guests to park on the street. For an apartment complex
