I had an excellent experience living at Village Place Flats and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Mankato.
Brian, the property manager, was absolutely amazing to work with. Anytime I had a small maintenance issue or concern, he responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of right away. He was always friendly, accommodating, and genuinely cared about the residents.
I lived on the first floor and was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the building was. I rarely... heard any noise from neighbors, which made it a very peaceful place to live. The area also felt extremely safe, and I always felt comfortable coming and going at any time.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. I was genuinely sad to leave when it was time to move. If you're considering Village Place Flats, I can't recommend it enough!
