Much like a lot of the other reviews, the landlord Brian does a fantastic job. You won't find s better place for the price, or community for that matter. My wife and I lived there for 6 years, and we wipp miss it!

Village place is the best place I have ever rented. The landlord, Brian, is extremely helpful, reasonable rates, and extremely friendly and quiet buildings.

I have a dog and this apartment has sucha great atmosphere for dog owners. We all seem to just get along and have play dates for them. The people here are great neighbors and are not only easy to get along with, they are super respectful. This is a great place to live in Manakto!

This complex is really great. There is a pool, even though we live in MN and it is only open for maybe three months, the other tenants are friendly, everyone is quiet and respectful. And you can have a pet!! I'm a cat person, so all of the small yippy dogs going to the bathroom in the front yard are kind of annoying, but I can get past that.
