Meh
Some good, some bad. But the bad vastly outweighs the good.
The good: Units are nice, facility staff is generally nice and don’t bother you with things unless it is absolutely necessary. They take care of things that are broken. Except for the intercom, that broke the first month and they never really fixed it.
The bad: my apartment has a mini earthquake multi time a day…when trucks come down Riverfront Dr. and hit the potholes, my apartment legitimately shakes. It is VERY noticeable but os... gone once the truck passes. However, There are periods of time when my apartment is consistently vibrating. It’s either the train or the grain processing factory. The design of the building is not conducive for limiting noise interception. If you choose to live here, do not live in a unit that faces Riverfront. The train, 18-wheelers, and snow clearing crew are all incredibly loud and sometimes it’s the worst at 3am.
Would not sign a second lease.
