Expensive for what you get

Rent is constantly increasing and now tenants have to pay gas charge each month. No community room, no secure package area. Other apartments offer much more for same price.

Perfect!!

I’ve lived here for over a year now, and it’s been great! Super clean & safe. Maintenance has been quick with repair requests. Staff is super friendly!

Wonderful and safe place to live

This place is a great place to live for it is a nice place to live and a very safe place to live. Location is great and close to everything. I love my little apartment. The office staff are great. Cory and Julie are truly helpful in making sure that my maintenance issues are fixed and that my stay here is comfortable. I love that they updated the pool and the gym. Also that the carpets were fixed and the roof was fixed.

perfect

Its the cleanest apartment i have ever lived in. The maintenance is great and always repairs anything immediately. The staff is wonderful and friendly with excellent customer service. The apartment is close to major Highways making it easy to get around. Stores and malls are within 3 - 10 minutes drive. There are schools and colleges within 5 minutes walk to 15 minutes drive. The outdoor is clean with green lawns and a mid size pool. It is fairly quiet and you will barely notice you are within... highways.
