Highland Management is, without a doubt, one of the worst property management companies I’ve ever dealt with. After living at Westside for over three years, I can confidently say they do not care about their tenants. Rent prices continue to skyrocket, yet they make zero effort to improve the apartments or create a better living experience. Management treats tenants as if they are an inconvenience rather than valued residents.

Renewing my lease was a mistake, and I cannot wait to leave this... place for a community that actually respects its tenants. Worst apartment complex in the area. Management is highly, highly unprofessional and aggressive. Mail is lost constantly, cars stolen from the parking lot. Kids run and scream through the halls all day and night. Dog poop all over outside. People smoke meth outside your sliding glass door. Building smells disgusting and is always dirty. Terrible terrible terrible place to live.

I've lived here for two years and will be staying a third. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance is always at our place within a couple of days if we ever have a problem. There have certainly been some HUGE changes in staffing, so past reviews I've noticed aren't 100% applicable anymore. I can't hear any of my neighbors through the walls which is always good, and the building is always kept up and looking nice. The staff at Westside always great you with a smile and go out of their way to help. After living here for 2yrs I decided I liked it so much I applied for a part time position! Still working and living here and will not be going anywhere!
