This is a great place to live because it is quiet and well taken care of. I love living here; The management is responsive, the grounds are always clean, and the neighbors are respectful of each other.

Very courteous staff; lots of amenities!
They recently resurfaced the parking lot and are always doing things around the property to spruce things up. It's the little things that matter and they pay attention to those things. For instance, the grass in front where the dogs have to go is always cleaned up and smells nice.
I've lived here a few years and don't want to move, it's in a great location; I can walk to downtown Hopkins in about 15 minutes.

I have been a resident here at 640 Oak Ridge Apartments in Hopkins going on 6 years.
These apartments are wonderful with a wonderful outdoor swimming pool, grills and tables available for you to use, excellent fitness center, numerous laundry machines, beautiful large party room you can rent and they keep this building very clean with beautiful landscaping and a outside garage as well.
Maintenence is on sight and the management are wonderful.
Close to numerous walking/biking trails, close to... downtown shops and wonderful restaurants and major highways.
Must come and see and make this your home!

I have lived here for 2 years and I absolutely love it! The staff are attentive, communicative, friendly and quick to complete repairs. The price is very reasonable- especially taking in to account the spacious rooms, the beautiful surrounding area (great for walks!), easy free parking in the lot and the updated appliances within the apartments. In the warmer months they plant flowers and there is a family-friendly pool to visit, in the winter there are Christmas lights in the tree. I look... forward to both things, they do such a good job!! They were always on top of plowing and communicating when we need to be out of the lot too. Dogs are allowed, but they are (thankfully) strict with this so there are never any problems. I have to relocate due to my job, I am very sad to go!

Wow!! What a great place to live. The apt's are huge and its really quiet here. We love that we can have our beagle, Lucy with us here. John keeps the place spotless and is a really cool guy. Probably the best place and cleanest we lived. Thanks John for all you do for everyone.
