What really stood out was the exceptional service from the leasing agent, Mary. She was so thoughtful and even provided towels and blankets, which was a huge help and saved me a lot of time. I needed a short-term rental on very short notice, and Mary went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. She secured one of the most beautiful, fully furnished apartments I’ve ever stayed in. The application and payment process was conveniently done right online. The apartment included laundry facilities, a lovely lobby area for meeting guests, plenty of... parking, and was in a quiet, amazing location right off Main Street.

I recently moved to 5th on Main in Hopkins and I am loving my studio apartment. It is clean and modern and located in a convenient and safe area for entertainment, shopping, etc.

The staff and tenants have been extremely friendly and helpful as well.

I resided at the Hopkins Park Plaza (now renamed 5th on Main) for three years until July of this year. My experience was always exceptional. The property manager, Mary, is very fair and approachable and her rental/maintenance staff are top notch. There was a major renovation this spring/summer and all the units now are brand new furnishings with all the desired amenities (free laundry, heat, electricity, wifi cable/internet, off street parking and in many units with kitchens featuring... stoves/full size refrigerators). It is a short walk into downtown Hopkins with its many shops and restaurant/bars and very safe environment. The 612/615 bus line services to Uptown and shops at Knollwood stop right outside the front door and within a year or so the new train line direct to downtown and Eden Prairie will be a block away. The property is secure and clean and the community is mature and friendly. It's a perfect option for short term requirements or other interim residential preferences. I stayed at HPP, now known as 5th on Main, from June 2023 to October 2023. I had been a former tenente in the past on three different occassions. My first stay was in 2001, 2006, followed by 2011. I mentioned this because 5th on Main has help me several times over. The current property manager, Mary is friendly and forthright.
