Not sure you could find more incompetent disrespectful holier than thou management. Secretary tracks your fob to make it easier for her to follow stock harass tenants who are not in her good graces. Almost 5 years to get a working toilet well the one I've got now runs constantly. Bus won't always come up to building because of potholes. Won't fix laundry facilities. Not a secured building but a monitored building. Management monitors tenants guests so they can harass tenants they don't care for.... Don't come here!

Don’t live here
Constant pot holes, police here almost every day, laundry machine broken since I moved in and the other one is now broken and they haven’t repaired it even though they had a technician for it but didn’t want to buy the parts. Management was awful and got let go and now nobody answers the calls. When I first moved in there wasn’t a fridge in the apartment. The hallway is probably the worst because the carpet is so stained and disgusting it smells like urine or mold. They honestly don’t care about... the people who live here and the company that runs it from Minneapolis is awesome but they just cash their checks without ever checking in on this place. If you lift up any of the ceiling tiles there will be duct tape on most of the pipes.
