I've lived at Mallard Creek for over a year and its really nice. The location is awesome. It's close to shopping and activities regardless of if you are single or have a family. The building is really clean, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Its also very quite. I was nervous about this at first because there are a few kids in the building. Amenities are great and I highly recommend living here.

Great Apartment- Highly Recommend
Friendly staff/manager, great maintenance, quiet neighbors, outside street area can be a little loud. Large, clean apartment. Hallways, parking, and grounds are well maintained. The maintenance man usually fixes any problems we have within one day! The garbage truck comes early in the morning and can be rather loud if you have your windows open as we usually do, but I use it as a good alarm clock! Our favorite part about the apartment is the location- many restaurants, easy access to Hwy 100,... 169, and 55 and I-394.

Love it!
It's clean, quiet, in a great location, and has a great management staff. If you can afford it, it's a great place to live.
