screen door The work has not been done. I said I know they are busy and it is a not to do now problem. It is not always things can be fixed in house and a specialist need to be called. Heat is an example. I asked 3 times for my heart to be fixed I was told they could not fix it. I thought a specialist would be able to fix it. It is against the law to not have heat. All the first floor apartments have no heat, Some cab driver was on first floor and had to move. He had to pay 900 dollars to... move to 2nd floor. If it is your fault no one should have to pay as if they were a new person.

10 plus year renter I have lived at Springbrook for 10 plus years. Its my home and i have never been dissapointed. Great staff, friendly and committed to helping everyone. Love it here!

Warm and welcoming Brianna was amazing! She knew all about the property, very professional and was able to answer any questions. She even offered us snacks and beverages while we filled oit application! Office Mgr and Leasing Agent were nice as well, acknowledged and spoke to us and made us feel welcomed.

9 years ive called Springbrook home for 9 yesrs, love the location for my needs. Love my apsrtmeent. I have never had one bad experience with neighbors or staff.
