I’ve been living at Maison Green for almost two years now, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible place to call home. The building is beautifully maintained, and it’s clear the team takes real pride in keeping everything in top shape. There’s always thoughtful, ongoing maintenance happening, and if something ever does come up, it’s handled quickly, professionally, and with great communication.
One of the best parts of living here is the close-knit team. It truly feels personal and you’re... not just another resident. Getting to know everyone, from Emily, Patrick, and Justin in the office to Brandon on the maintenance team, makes such a difference. They’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the community and the people who live here.

I would like to see more community activities organized and/or communicated by management. At least, return to posting activities (even resident led activities) on calendars posted in the elevators. Going to the resident portal every day to find ways to connect with other residents is a nuisance. Best regards and thank you for your consideration.

Living at Maison Green has genuinely been a great experience for me. The community feels clean, modern, and welcoming, and any small issues I’ve had were handled quickly. What really makes the place stand out, though, is the team. Overall great experience. A little more onboarding would have been helpful. How doors lock / unlock, appliance instruction, Wi-fi written on my lease docs. But will figure that out along the way. The property itself is lovely and so far seems well maintained.
