I’m not sure if I am more impressed with my new apartment at Maison Green or with the staff. I’ve never lived in an apartment and Justin Patrick and Emily walked me through all the steps to settle in to make my apartment my home. Love it here

Since moving to Maison Green, I’ve felt genuinely cared for and completely welcomed. Abby and Patrick deserve special recognition — they consistently go above and beyond to offer support and take the time to connect on a personal level, not just as part of the leasing process. The fact that they know my dog by name speaks volumes about their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. At this point, he’s the celebrity, and I’m just his chauffeur!

I’d also like to take a minute to recognize Justin,... the manager, for the incredible impact he has made in such a short time. Overall, Maison Green is truly outstanding—responsive, well organized, and a pleasure to deal with. I moved here 18 months ago, and everything has been smooth (I visited many places before finding Maison Green when moving from out of state).

Today, I requested a change in my apartment through the Maison Green portal, and just a couple of hours later, the maintenance team—Amari and Jason—arrived to take care of it. They were efficient, friendly, and very professional.

I’ve been really happy living at Maison Green. The building is consistently clean, organized, and well managed, and the amenities are easy to enjoy without feeling overcrowded or neglected. What truly sets it apart is the team. Patrick and Justin in the office are always friendly, approachable, and quick to communicate, and Amari from maintenance is incredibly responsive and thorough.
