Good Neighbors.
Excellent apartment landlords and maintenance.

Lake Place has been an incredibly welcoming and accommodating community. I have never had a problem with management or maintenance, my neighbors have all been incredibly kind as well. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to stay.

we just moved in but felt very welcomed by all the staff here ! and they did amazing with getting the place refurbished every was clean and left in very nice condition and the apartments themselves are very well taken care of

This place has genuinely felt like home from the moment I started living here. Wonderful amenities, clean and well maintained units and shared spaces, and the people who work here are so nice. This is the first apartment I’ve lived in that doesn’t feel like a temporary situation. Also love being right in nature with this property!
