Lake Place has been an incredibly welcoming and accommodating community. I have never had a problem with management or maintenance, my neighbors have all been incredibly kind as well. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to stay.

I am very happy living here. Everything is very peaceful, well-maintained, and clean. The surroundings are beautiful, especially with the lake right behind the apartment.

This place has genuinely felt like home from the moment I started living here. Wonderful amenities, clean and well maintained units and shared spaces, and the people who work here are so nice. This is the first apartment I’ve lived in that doesn’t feel like a temporary situation. Also love being right in nature with this property!

My roommate and I have lived here for 2 years now and we have so many good things to say. We haven’t needed them often, but the times we did maintenance has always been quick and helpful. The pool is wonderful in the summer and the sauna and hot tub are perfect for the winter. All the staff is so helpful and you always see them around. They do a great job of keeping the common areas and hallways clean. There are great walking trails just out back and in front. It’s the perfect mix of being... tucked away into nature but also being close to the essentials. I do wish the workout space was larger and had some more options but we made it work. Read More
