I absolutely love living here. I am very happy and grateful for the warm welcome and the kindness of the people who work in this building. The staff is always friendly, respectful, and helpful, which truly makes this place feel like home. Their positive attitude and professionalism make a big difference in everyday life, and it’s one of the main reasons I enjoy living here so much.

I'd have to say Lake Place is the best experience I have ever had with apartment living overall. The residents have been quiet, friendly and respectful. The office team has been friendly and responsive to questions and/or any issues. Maintenance has been completed quickly.

Excellent home and the most friendly landlords. Love my home! My kids and I enjoy the hot tub at the Lake Place Apartments, and sometimes we go to the restaurants and the mall near my home, just a five-minute drive. Really nice!

I live here over a year. I love everything about this place. The managers (Leslie and & Lori) are amazing. They really do care about their tenants. Maintenance is excellent. They usually come same day if not the very next day for sure. I couldn't recommend this place enough. 5 starts for sure.
