I have noticed the recent improvements in management of our apartment home. Including improved parking control, cleanup of personal items on the garage floor and better management of package deliveries.

Parking They’re days where there are no parking available, but broken down pickups and trailers take up spots for months right in front of our buildings and you allow this as we have to park on the other end away from our apartments. No one uses the ones by the entrance to the garage but they can’t see them and are afraid someone might steal their broken down equipment. I guess I have to walk even though I only use one spot.

Move in day I noticed the unit i looked at wasn’t the one i was moving into & i don’t recall being told that. Lots of small damages that should have been fixed before i moved in. Very disappointing.
