I have loved my time at The Lakeview so far! The building is beautiful and boasts (hands down) the best views in Duluth. The staff is all very kind and helped me out when I was in a bind. Do yourself a favor and come check out The Lakeview!

The onsite staff is delightful, caring, and honest about living in a building--a very new building. I have had numberous conversations with the owners and I can say the sma.

I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding experience I have had since moving into my new condo at 333 E Superior Street, Duluth, Minnesota. From the very beginning, the staff has made me feel welcomed and valued as a resident.

Building Manager Josh has been professional, attentive, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Leasing Professional Noah has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, making everything smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I... would also like to recognize the Maintenance Supervisor, whose name I unfortunately cannot recall at the moment, for being responsive, quick to address concerns, and providing excellent service.

It is clear that this team takes pride in creating a warm, inviting, and well-managed community. Their efficiency, kindness, and dedication have made my transition into my new home a great experience.
