WARNING! Hopefully my story can help someone else. Property manager was on vacation, so the corporate office was taking calls. Completely understand! Call for a unit, get told multiple of the unit types are available in the time frame I needed to move into. Said great, picked a unit and put an application in. Was told the manager would be back the next Tuesday, so I wouldn’t hear anything for a week or so. Again, no issue at all. Manager calls me the Tuesday afternoon she gets back and says “hey... the tour of the unit for tomorrow won’t happen because I rented that unit today and no other units are available.” Completely unprofessional.

Good Apartment Complex
Pretty well built, but like most apartment complexes it was built very fast so there are some things that will just not make sense (like no cabinet door stops so they can just hit the wall or each other). I just moved in, was planning on biking to work, they said they had bicycle racks, they don't (at least for now). Otherwise it is a nice and quiet place, won't hear anything besides maybe a soft rumble from someone else's washing machine. Everything is electric, you of course pay for... electricity so it will be ~$60/month according to MN power, which is apparently very good for this building because the other building, Acres on Arrowhead 3425, has bills of around $150-$200/month for electricity. I have not gotten a bill from MN power so I have yet to see if I've been bamboozled. I'm here because it's very convenient for a work commute, close to costco/walmart, and in close enough proximity to get to the rest of Duluth. If you're just looking for a nice apartment in Duluth there's plenty of options that could be closer to where you are working.
