Moved in 12/2019. Been great very quiet. Great price compared to others offering in coon rapids and other areas. Clean. Safe. Next to police station and schools. On top of work orders.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE
wonderful place! Staff is great! Great location. Plenty of parking. The rates are perfect. Units are super huge! Only down fall is laundry is on first floor. Otherwise I have no complaints.
