We live in a one bedroom here and will stay for another year. You put in a maintenance request and it’s done the next day, unless it’s the weekend. The property manager is sweet and very helpful for any questions. The neighbors are quiet but some are friendly enough to say hi or ask how you’re doing. They are quick to investigate dog poop and weed. Don’t blame them for investigating, for what I pay it should be kept nice. This isn’t North side.
It’s a good place to live. Negative comments just... make me laugh. Not everyplace is going to be perfect. They at least try and make it feel like home.
The neighbors keep to themselves. Noise is very quiet inside the units. You can hear noise walking... in the hallways but that is every apartment. It was built in 2023 so it's really new, very modern, and spacious.
We will continue to live here until we find our dream home.

Golden Aspen Flats is truly an exceptional place to live. The building is always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Common areas are bright and modern, the hallways smell fresh, and everything from the elevators to the amenities feels high-quality and well cared for.
The management and maintenance teams deserve special recognition—they respond quickly, communicate clearly, and genuinely care about residents’ comfort.
Security and safety are also... top-notch, giving me peace of mind every day. Parking is convenient, and the community atmosphere here is welcoming and positive.
If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, Golden Aspen Flats is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it!

Excellent property and great manager
Are you looking for best place to live ,look no further ,you would be able to find this gem of a home/apartment. The common spaces are inviting, spacious, the kids love the playground and yard space with few kind games, and it's hard to beat the location! The property manager does a wonderful job of keeping things taken care of any issues quickly, and has been fantastic to work with from the start. We would and have recommend this property to friends because of how well everything is run. love... living here at Golden Aspen Flats.

Beautiful apartments and property!
The location is fantastic, on a quiet street yet easy access onto the highway. Newer property with more new apartments coming. Apartments are very nice with upgrades such as side by side laundry in each unit, big closets, nicer appliances and pleasing. On-site management and maintenance that are caring and responsive. Super clean.
