It’s not entirely safe; there is a constant smell of marijuana. There is no central air conditioning, so all summer long you have to listen to the noise of the AC unit running inside the apartment. They have reduced the water pressure in the taps (specifically in the bathroom sink), and the sound of the neighbors running their water disturbs the peace...

some miscommunication It's not a bad review. I don't like that large businesses own rental properties. Generally, on-site staff are limited in what they can do and higher-ups in Cush-Wake are unresponsive. We had been asked to do a 15-month lease two years ago, and I suspect it may have been to extend the lease into a second calendar year, so a higher rate increase could be passed on to us. We offered a longer lease to align with my work contract, and the email was missed, and the offer declined... . You would do better business attending to the long-term tenants--more than five years in our case. Also, pet screening was a bit of a surprise. Could have handled this at the time of signing a few months ago. I don't object to the extra charges and the forms, but a little more notice would have been helpful.

Responsive land Fast Within 24 hours I received a callback from the office for my repairs. I got home and noticed my repairs were all done with a note on my apartment door. I received an early morning call to have my lock replaced while I was home.
