Don't waste your time
Management is rude and unprofessional, will show up and enter your unit unannounced, neighbors are extremely nosy. It's like living in a daycare facility with elderly people who have nothing better to do than cause drama. I never felt at home living here and always felt like I was being watched. Neighbors weren't welcoming either. With the mailroom being right in the entry way for all to enter that is unlocked at all times, packages are liable to get stolen like mine were. Better places to live... in the area.

Comfortable, Clean, and Friendly
I've lived at Highland Shores for over a year now and love it! The tenants and management are friendly, the space is clean, and it is in a great location. With underground heated parking, an exercise room, a community room, in-unit washer and dryer, and a welcoming environment, there is lots to love about this place!

Easy Living!
I have lived here for nearly a year and a half and it's been very enjoyable. The property is very well kept inside and out. The apartment itself is very spacious with great natural lighting and desirable neutral colors. It's quite 99% of the time and the other residents are always for nice and welcoming.
There is a spacious underground parking area that is worth every penny in MN! The property managers take great care of you and always go out of their way to help. If I wasn't entering... the housing market, I would absolutely stay here much longer.
Living at Highland Shores is a no-brainer!

Great Place to Li ve
I was fortunate to rent an excellent two bedroom apartment two years ago. I have lived in many apartments in several states and never had the luxury of feeling like a member of a big family. Management responds to every need quickly and efficiently. The building and grounds are very well kept and inviting to come home to each day. The low turnover speaks for itself. Residents and management are friendly and caring. I feel this is one of the best places I have ever lived.

Love it here!
I have lived here for a couple of years now and have loved every moment of it. The apartment is beautiful and there is plenty of room in our two bedroom apartment. If you enjoy the hustle and bustle of town then the rooms in the front of the building are for you, but the back half of the building offers a quieter view overlooking Lake Grace and the nature surrounding it.
The management here is very friendly, helpful and attentive. They also provide fun community events where you can converse... with those in the building.
