Very poor management, stay away move somewhere else

The Overlook has been a great place to live. Our favorite features are the in unit laundry, the water fridge, tall ceilings and a fantastic view! There’s a trail just outside the apartment and the view of the forest and lake is beautiful. Ben, the apartment manager has always been wonderful. I forget the other leasing girl but she is also great! It’s rare to find good apartment managers but me and my fiancé have had no issues with them! Also the maintenance staff are always great- very prompt... and the whole building is always very clean. The staff always go above and beyond with everything. It’s a nice community, usually very quiet. Things to note: the doors to the hallway are pretty thin so you if you’re in the hallway or inside note that you can hear people/people can hear you. 99% of the time it’s very quiet though. It’s a good price for what you’re getting, and it’s close to all the shops and restaurants! The view of Buck Hill at night too is very pretty. So many good things to say! Read More

Secluded location. Really beautiful new property. Great management and friendly staff. I love the 2 levels of underground parking and the walking trails around the lake.

So very personable, polite , knowledgeable.
He will help you with your every need.
We're moving in to our home in June.
So far not living here would be a mistake.
