I cannot say enough great things about Alyssa—she is truly an incredible manager and by far the best I have ever had. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for residents make living here such a positive experience.
The Overlook Apartments themselves are outstanding. The amenities are top-notch, from the fully equipped gym to the golf simulator, and the beautiful rooftop terrace that’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The location is unbeatable, right by Crystal Lake with... scenic walking trails that make it feel like a retreat while still being close to everything you need.
Between Alyssa’s exceptional management and the amazing community features, The Overlook Apartments are easily a five-star place to live!

STAY AWAY!!
Very poor management, stay away move somewhere else
Secluded location. Really beautiful new property. Great management and friendly staff. I love the 2 levels of underground parking and the walking trails around the lake.

Leasing Agent, location.
These places are brand new , Gorgeous!!! The View here at your New home you would love, everyday you get to live in luxury. Great location. The man that made it happen for us, The leasing manager is the Greatest !! So very personable, polite , knowledgeable. He will help you with your every need. We're moving in to our home in June. So far not living here would be a mistake. We're going to love it, you will too! You have to check it out. Ask for Ben when you call. He's great !! He'll be the... one answering. Thumbs up .
